A Little Bit About Me

Tracy Pisenti is a licensed Realtor® and Partner with Empire Realty Associates. She lives in Danville with her husband Mike and their three boys.  Tracy grew up in Piedmont and went to UC Santa Barbara, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics.  She then went to the University of San Diego and earned her MBA with honors in International Business and Marketing.

After graduation, Tracy worked for 9 years in the property and casualty insurance industry, designing and implementing sales and service training and incentive programs.  She took a few years off when her boys were young and then returned to work in the real estate business five years ago.

Tracy prides herself in taking an active role in the community. In 2005, she was the Chairperson for Bids for Kids, raising more than $100,000 for educational programs at John Baldwin Elementary School.  She has also volunteered her time with the Charlotte Wood Middle School auction and again helped to raise more than $100,000 for the school.  Tracy is also very active in many local sports teams with her children. Their family volunteers to support the Contra Costa Food Bank, Monument Crisis Center’s Adopt-a-Family program, the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, Wardrobe for Opportunity, and many other community philanthropies.
